One of the greatest movies for which we have waited a lot last year was Aladdin, now surrounded by rumours for its sequels.
Aladdin is an American fantasy movie. It is a musical film with a lot of visual effects. The film is definitely of Disney. It is directed by Guy Ritchie and it has been co-written by John August. This movie is based upon an animated film called the Aladdin but this film itself is based on One Thousand And One Night. Â The film was produced by Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich. The film has released just one part and was quite well at the theatres. So now it’s the time that we should know about Aladdin 2.
The release date of Aladdin 2
The first Aladdin released on 24 May 2019 in the United States. The film was made under the budget of $183 million and has gained $1.051 billion. With this much of earning at the box office, the film has become the ninth highest-grossing movie and 34th of all time. The film has received mixed reviews from the critics but it was really good at theatres.
If we talk of a sequel then this film was in talks of sequel after the release of the first part. Disney announced in February 2020 that we will have part two of Aladdin and it is on its way. But we have to wait a lot for the second part because Disney is really quite busy in other films’ sequel. We can’t expect this movie before 2022.

The casting seems to back because Disney love to bring back the same cast in the sequels. We may get- Will Smith as Gennie or Mariner, Mena Massoud as Aladdin, Naomi Scott as Princess Jasmine, Marwan Kenzari as Jafar, Navid Negahban as The Sultan, Nasim Pedrad as Dalia, Billy Magnussen as Prince Anders, Numan Acar as Hakim, Nina Wadia as Zulla, Alan Tudyk as Iago(voice), and Frank Welker as Abbu (vocal).
The plot of Aladdin 2
The plot of Aladdin two is something that is not a topic to write on for now because the script is not yet ready. It would take some time to carve the script and most probably it would be continuous in the story of the first part.
The sequel of this film has now become one of the most anticipated ones. The first has been released in many countries and in India, it released in several languages.
