And for season two, the direction was done by Chikara Sakurai. The story has been penned by Tomohiro Suzuki. Madhouse is the studio of this series for season one and then it was changed to J.C. Staff in season 2. If we talk of English Network then we have Animax Asia, Adult Swim, and of course Netflix. It was on 5 October 2015 that we have got season one of One Punch and it was in the air till 20 December 2015. The first season one had 12 episodes and was followed by the second season with the same number of episodes. The second season was in development since September 2019 and finally released on 9 April 2019 till 2 July 2019.
When it comes to the upcoming season, that is season three then no announcement has been done by the makers. The reviews of season one and two of One Punch were really good and we can definitely expect the third. The plot revolves around a boy who is the lead of this series. He is a superhero with a name called Saitama. Saitama is considered as a hero as he can defeat anyone only by a normal punch. His power is really great and no one ever succeeded in defeating him, so now he wants a foe or competitor who can be of the same capability as his.
If the work is really in development we can definitely expect this series of superhero somewhere at the end of 2021 or must at the beginning of 2022.
